        礦用裝載機出現異常怎樣排查原因?

        礦用裝載機在進行整機強化試驗過程中底盤會存在異響,具體情況是:在發動機怠速狀態下行駛的時候轉動轉向盤,該機底盤某個部位會發出清脆的金屬撞擊聲,轉向盤轉到哪個位置出現異響是不確定的;當踩下油門加速行駛的時候,該響聲會變得非常微弱,或基本消失。

        1.排查傳動軸

        后橋在擺架上發生擺動時,后橋的輸入法蘭也是會隨著后橋擺動的,使后傳動軸的長度及空間位置發生改變。檢查發現裝載機在轉向過程中,后傳動軸并不會有明顯的伸縮,該處不會存在異響可能性。

        在后驅動橋的輪邊減速器位置用手觸摸能感覺到有撞擊動作。我們更換了主減速器和差速器總成,經試機異響問題仍然沒有解決。

        3.檢查后橋擺架

        為了模擬異響時候的工狀,并可以實時在觀察前、后擺動架的實際運行情況,我們會把該裝載機開到檢修平臺上。通過多次原地轉向、進退行駛試驗,仔細觀察擺架狀態,發現后擺動架與橋殼之間存在3mm的相對竄動。正是由于后連接法蘭在后擺動架存在竄動,引發了后擺動架與后橋殼上的連接法蘭的相互撞擊,從而產生異響了。
